30-Day Warranty Coverage
Every device purchased includes a 1-month warranty. If any technical or functional issues arise during this period, our support team is here to resolve them promptly.

What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not include:

  • Accidental or physical damage (drops, mishandling, etc.)

  • Screen/display defects or damage

  • Burned-out components due to misuse or electrical surges

Replacement Terms

  • Replacements are honored only within the 30-day warranty period.

  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or warranty claim:

  • The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory

  • The issue must be covered under the warranty scope
